Register
Nothing is for sale on this page. The original Register page took payment for a Tourney Manager licence. That business ended around 2010; this archive has no connection to it and cannot issue, recover or refund licence codes.
How registration worked
| Price | $40 for a single-user licence (listed as "$40.00 shareware" for version 1.0; the same price was quoted by reviewers in 2007). |
|---|---|
| Trial | Free download, limited to 50 imported tournaments. The limit was on imports, not days, so a 4-tabling SNG player hit it in an evening. |
| Delivery | A licence code by e-mail, entered in the program to unlock unlimited imports. A few buyers in 2006–2007 received codes that did not validate and had to e-mail the developer for a replacement. |
| Support | E-mail to the developer (tourneymgr@gmail.com at the time) and forum threads where the developer answered directly. |
| Upgrades | Point releases within 1.x were free to licence holders. |
Was $40 worth it?
In 2007 the comparison was PokerTracker 2 at about $55 (cash-game oriented, weak tournament reports), Poker Office at a similar price, or a spreadsheet. For a player putting in a few hundred SNGs a month the tracking alone justified it; one forum poster's reason for buying was simply "I don't want a spreadsheet to keep track". The real payoff was behavioural: a finish-distribution report that shows a 4th-place spike is the cheapest ICM lesson available.
If you paid for it once
Your licence was for software that no longer runs against current hand histories and whose activation server is gone. There is nothing to recover. Current equivalents are listed on the Download page and compared in Tournament trackers in 2026.
